What information do we collect?
Health Care for All Oregon Education Fund respects the privacy of our members, supporters and all visitors to our web site. Information provided voluntarily by you will never be sold, rented, exchanged or otherwise disclosed to any other organization, with the exception of the Health Care for All-Oregon or coalition member organizations performing HCAO activities.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form, or contact us.
When requesting information, resources, ordering or registering to participate in an activity, survey, petition or other information collection on our site, submitting commentary, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your e-mail address and personal information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails from HCAO-EF, HCAO, or any one of the member organizations of both coalitions, which may include news, information updates, related information, etc.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information.

This does not include the Health Care for All-Oregon and coalition member organizations performing HCAO activities, or trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the Oregon Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties (apart from the Health Care for All-Oregon and HCAO coalition member organizations for the purposes of the mission of HCAO) without your consent.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
