OREGONIANS INSURANCE COSTS UP UNDER ACA

Oregonians will experience increases in health insurance premiums under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), according to Value Penguin. They analyzed costs for both the cheapest and most expensive plans for those from age 27 (who may experience an increase up to 201%) to those age 55 (whose premiums may go up 110%).
