MILLIONS MORE INSURED, MILLIONS REMAIN UNINSURED

16.4 million non-elderly Americans obtained health insurance during the five years since the Affordable Care Act began, according to the Department of Health and Human Services. Overall, the uninsured rate dropped to 13.2 %. A special enrollment extends initial enrollment until April 30th, 2015 for those who qualify. This occurs when people who owe the fee for not having coverage, file their 2014 taxes. LEARN MORE
