OREGON PRICE TRANSPARENCY BILL STOPPED

Oregon was among states receiving an F on price transparency by the Catalyst for Payment Reform. Oregon Senate Bill 891 that would have required hospitals to post their prices for common procedures was defeated. SB 900 would require only average pricing data be made public. It lacks funding.
